Digital Marketing Intern
Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Intern at our advertising agency, you will be immersed in the dynamic world of digital advertising and marketing. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of digital marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple channels. You will work closely with our talented team of marketers, designers, and strategists to support client campaigns, develop creative content, and analyze performance metrics to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising networks.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with our creative team to produce engaging ad copy, graphics, videos, and other multimedia content tailored to different digital channels and target audiences.
- Ad Trafficking and Optimization: Aid in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of digital ad campaigns, including keyword research, ad targeting, A/B testing, bid management, and budget allocation.
- Social Media Management: Help manage and grow clients’ social media presence by creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media performance metrics.
- Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Client Communication: Support account managers in client communication and coordination, including attending meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.
- Research and Trends Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification to inform campaign strategies and creative concepts.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Take on additional projects and tasks as needed to support the overall goals and objectives of the digital marketing team and agency.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and advertising, with a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and creative expression.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media analytics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to take initiative, and eagerness to contribute ideas and solutions.
- Previous internship or relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or digital media is a plus.
